Rare snow day.

Good afternoon.
As you know, I walk nearly every morning. And this morning was no different.
Well, a little different.
There was snow on the ground!

Yes, we got a couple of inches early this morning, but it didn't stop me and a couple of neighbors from walking......

It was actually fun to go out and enjoy the snow. Probably because we knew it wouldn't last. Oh, that's Barbie on the left and Gloria in the middle. Gloria and her husband Dave went with us on our cruise. Barbie lives across the street and a couple of doors down. She's the kid of the neighborhood at only 53.   :-
 Her husband is Craig's age at 68, which is why she can live in our community.

And the snow didn't last. It was all gone by 11 am.  But it was pretty while it was coming down, and it didn't get a chance to get all 'dirty' like back in Michigan.
According to the news reports, Vegas has had a record cold Feb. Every I've talked to agrees. But even with that, it is far better than Michigan! And we'll be up near 70 by later next week. Nice!
And I've taken advantage of the cold weather to do a lot of deep spring cleaning.
So now, it's time for some lunch.
