We have a community magazine for Sun City Aliante called The Breeze....
For this months issue, they asked residents for a picture of themselves at 5 years or younger. And a selection of those pics would be published in this months issue. Well, I made the cut!

A couple of days ago, our street had a block party!
About 25 neighbors showed up. We had pizza, chili, and way to many snacks. The weather was great, with party cloudy skies and low 80's. It was soo nice being able to socialize with people again. Especially since everyone was fully vaccinated.
My house is the gray one across the street.
And speaking of that, we've booked a flight back to Michigan for July. Michigan is having another surge, but hopefully it will subside by July as more people get vaccinated.
We also booked a trip to Flagstaff and New Orleans. We're ready to travel again!

ReplyDeleteGlad to hear things are going well. The governor only just let restaurants and such go back to 100% (with 6 foot distancing, not sure how that works, mathematically); but hopefully it will still be that way for your visit!
