Just another week

Ya, I know. It's been a while since I've posted. Like I've said before, been busy, and haven't had much going on to post about. Our weekend, (remember, ours is Sun, Mon, and Tues.) went about normal. We mowed the yard, I did some more dead heading in the perennial beads, and sprayed the lawn for weeds. Craig did laundry and bookkeeping, and paid bills.
Had Pork steaks on the grill Sunday with Craig's home made Pasta Salad, Turkey Breast on the grill Monday with Baked Potato and Corn, and Oven Fried Chicken Breasts on Tuesday with Fried Rice and Asparagus. We try to eat fairly healthy, so I'm going to tell you about the best stuff to use for fake fried food. It's called Panko
.

Panko is a Japanese style bread crumbs.
Click here to read why they're so different.
They will give you a light crispy coating to most anything!
We dip the boneless skinless Chicken breast
in
Egg Beaters , then the crumbs.
we first mix into the crumbs,
Some garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese
for more flavor. YUMMY!
And no, this isn't a paid advertisement.
I don't have enough readers to
make it worth while.
I just like sharing.
And it gives me something to post about.
Also this coming weekend we're making a trip back to Saugatuck. This weekend at Campit, is their Haunted weekend. Should be fun! So we thought we'd dress up the motor home for the occasion.

What do you think? Of course we'll add lights at the camp ground, and a couple of tiki torches.

Don't ever apologize for your lack of postings! We definitely understand your busy schedule and all that you do. Your beautiful yard and motor home require a lot of care as well. We just appreciate you sharing your life with us. We will have to try your tip on using Panko!

Have a great time in Saugatuck this weekend!

i think an event-less weekend is much more satisfying than an eventful one.
