I have no idea on the names of these little guys. They are all of about 4 inches tall, and 3 different types of bulbs. The ones below are growing in a Hosta bed. You can see I have soaker hoses here. The Hostas are around a tree, and it tends to be drier there, so the soaker hose helps the Hostas stay nice and green.
And here is a beautiful Hellebore. One I've had for a number of years, and has gotten quite large. I especially like the leaves that will come out later after the flowers are done.
And the temps are to be in the mid 50 range this weekend, so I hope to get more clean-up done, and start dividing plants for my June Plant sale. The day lilies are up enough to work on them, so hopefully the weather will cooperate.
And now I'm off to get ready for work.
Yaaay, it's about time! I'm not exactly sure what those flowers are either - the tall white spiky one looks like some type of scilla.
ReplyDeleteWow. Yours are farther along then mine and I live in south! The buds just getting ready here.
ReplyDeleteThey look like a variety of hyacinth. Glad you're getting some springtime weather at last!
