What's on your desktop

Good morning. Craig and I spent a good deal of time yesterday putting together a tentative camping schedule. It looks like we'll be doing 11 long weekends this year compared to 14 last year. Which will be okay. 14 gave us little down time between trips. And this year we'll be adding an extra day to many of them, so we'll actually be gone as many days, but fewer trips.
Also Craig's Visa/MasterCard reimbursement totals for the year wouldn't balance, so I helped him go over all the entries and re-add and cross match, and finally after about an hour, we got them to balance. I'm glad Craig does all the bookkeeping, because with a business, it's like balancing your checkbook times 50! So much bookkeeping! It'd make me dizzy!
And I recently changed my desktop pic, and thought I'd share it with you.

I change mine about once a month. I'm on the puter so much, it's fun to have something fresh to look at. So, what's on your desktop? And do you change yours often, or is it the same since you got your puter? Just curious.

    Nice picture!
I'm using a picture of the Live Oak in the front yard at the farm. I changed to it just after I got my new computer for Christmas. I often leave my pictures for a long time because it's hard to find good pictures. :)

  2. That's a nice picture.
At home my desktop is fairly static. At work I change it once a month.

  3. Mine has, in the past, been very static. But lately it's been changing rather frequently. And not a single shot is safe for posting!

  4. Mine is usually a fairly plain background. I prefer something basic so icons don't blend in and become hard to read.

I just got a new MacBook Pro so the background is fairly bland. Kinda looks like outer space with stars. Somewhat like the background on your blog but the stars are not as 'clustered'.

Wayne, I wish you and Craig could come to Quartzsite. It was nice spending time with you guys in Saugatuck.

  7. Hey Wayne, Happy New Year!

I have a fall picture of my parents farm as a desk top, gives me that feeling of home when ever I turn on the computer.

  8. Right now I have a picture of a rose that I took last year at the botanical gardens. I change the picture at least once a month. I used to have a program that changed the pictures for me automatically but since I switched to a Mac I haven't found a program that will do the same thing on the Mac. Anyway, I really like the picture you have on yours.

I really like the pic you're using. My changes whenever I get bored with it, so sometimes its months before I change it and sometimes a few days. Right now I have a picture of a 1957 Continental Mark II (its my dream car).

  10. My dog is my wallpaper. But this particular photo has been there for a while now. Maybe it's time for a new one?
