busy, busy, busy

Good morning.
We got a fresh dusting of snow last night. Less than an inch. We seem to be dogging all the storms that have gone through. The snow has been going north or south. Fine with me. Winter will be long enough.
Work has been crazy busy. The phone has been ringing off the hook. But that is good. All our Christmas tips will go into our mo-ho gas fund. ;-)
I was informed yesterday by her husband, that I no longer need to go to the Alzheimer facility to do her hair. That is somewhat a relief, since she has been less cooperative more and more each time I saw her. I think her husband has finally accepted the fact she's not going to get better, and is progressing with this disease. I feel real bad for him having to watch his wife of so many years slowly fade away.
Craig worked very late yesterday, so I decide to surprise him and prepare dinner. I don't cook a lot, especially on work days, so it's hamburger helper to the rescue! I did jazz it up with chopped sauteed onions and mushrooms. I also used light hot Italian sausage instead of ground beef. Craig was happily surprised and said it was tasty.
And after another busy day at the Salon today, we go to Craig's nieces home this evening for his family's Christmas. Both his mom and dad are gone, but his sister from up north should be there, maybe his brother, (I won't hold my breath on that) and several niece's and nephew's and their family's.
Have a good weekend!
