again, back to work

Good morning.
Well, we finally got some more much needed rain. That makes just over 1 1/2 inches in the past 2 weeks.
It doesn't seem to be helping much, maybe keeping whats still doing okay from getting worst,. But the grass is looking a little greener.  :-)
Craig actually mowed yesterday for the first time in a month.
After finishing up the TV installation, we relaxed on the deck with much deserved  cocktails.
Having a little more time for dinner, I marinated and skewered some veggies to grill with some pork cutlets.

No, we didn't eat all that. We usually try to cook extra for leftovers on the 2 nights we work late.

I love the flavor of roasted veggies! Add some rice, and a tasty meal. Now making these veggies is pretty easy, and if you need a little help, it's here.
Now, it's back to work for what looks to be a busy one.
