yummmm, food!

It was a busy day yesterday. I put the mo-ho slides out so they could dry. It was wet when we left Ft Custer. Craig did laundry, bookwork and mowed the yard. I dead headed in the garden and cleaned up the inside of the mo-ho.

And as promised, a couple of recipes.........

First up..............





Now we ended up filling the cups to the top with the mixture, and still had leftover filling. We used a mini muffin pan for 24.





And Teriaki Chicken Wings.
No picture, but trust me, delicious!


1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger
2-4 lbs chicken wings
combine all ingredients
marinate wings 24-48 hrs
place wings skin side up on lightly greased cookie sheet
bake at 350 for 1-1/2 hrs
enjoy!
